error msg when I simulate turbulent two phase flow ( Failed to find consistent initial values.)

Hi,

I'm a new user of COMSOL MP4.1. I'm doing a really simple simulation of water flowing through a blended pipe.

I always encounter a problem error msg is Failed to find consistent initial values

I tried to change mesh, time steps but failed.

here I attached my mph file.

Anyone who know this problem pls help me really appreciated.
