How to assign a pulsed input to the electrodes?

Hello Everyone,
My query is how to apply a rectangular electrical pulse of 1200v magnitude, with duration of 10^(-9)s .
Also to apply 20 pulses of the above mentioned pulse.
Looking forward eagerly for reply.
