diffusion from one layer to another

Hello sirs!
can any one suggest ,how to solve for diffusion of fluid from one layer to another in an assembly?the fluid flow on the 1st layer is through channels grooved.. if I use Darcy's law,for laminar flow and diffusion to the adjacent, i get pressure on surface plot only and could not resolve for the velocity distribution..kindly help
