Mathematical modelling is an important complement to our experimentally based technical investigations. Our modeling expertise and experience covers batteries, fuel cells and electrolytic processes, such as production of base chemicals and treatment of human tissue.
For a manufacturer of electrochemical cells, modeling makes it possible to design better cells and understand possible short-comings of existing cell designs. Through mathematical modeling an application expert can simulate performance characteristics during different operating conditions and thereby accelerate the pace of understanding of the new electrochemical system in relation to specific application requirements.
