Overview of our Latest and Most Powerful Release
The first half of the workshop provides an overview of COMSOL Multiphysics Version 4.3b - its capabilities, its new abilities and functionality enhancements, and its new, more efficient, user interface which we call the COMSOL Desktop.
We will emphasize the mechanics of the model-builder user interface which not only is very efficient and quick to use, but also provides functionality to the user to modify and quickly adapt models to their own application. We will work through a multiphysics example to demonstrate the speed and efficiency of the COMSOL Desktop work flow.

Hands-on Tutorial
The second half of the seminar is a hands-on tutorial in COMSOL Multiphysics Version 4.3b. It is directed at anyone who would like experience with the COMSOL Desktop. Participants will set up and solve a simple multiphysics problem designed to make them quickly proficient in COMSOL Multiphysics Version 4.3b - enabling the participants to use the included 2-week free trial on their own models.
