Heat Transfer Module
The production, consumption or transfer of heat is an integral part in
just about every technical process or application imaginable.
Problems involving any multiphysics combination of thermal con-
duction, convection, and radiation with
any other physics are
simulated easily with the Heat Transfer Module. HVAC,
electronics cooling, thermal
processing, welding and
food processing are just some of the examples
where thermal management is paramount.
Through multiphysics modeling, the Heat Transfer
Module allows for arbitrary couplings
to other
physics simulated in COMSOL and its products.
