In order to gain access to product updates and the support knowledge base, you need to provide us with your license file. You'll find the license file under:

[COMSOL]/license/license.dat

where [COMSOL] is the COMSOL Multiphysics installation directory. This is typically /usr/local/comsolXX on Linux/Sun, and C:\COMSOLXX on Windows.
