In this presentation, we will introduce the basics of linear, nonlinear, and multiphysics material models and demonstrate how to include them in a model. We will also review the built-in material constitutive relationships of the core COMSOL Multiphysics® package and the various physics-specific add-on products. Finally, we will demonstrate the concept of user-defined equations for the ability to quickly and easily introduce new and unique material behaviors into your models.
