During this webinar, we will discuss the noise generated by electromagnetic sources in motors and how this can be modeled in COMSOL Multiphysics®. We will talk about the energy flow that originates from electromagnetic phenomena and ends in acoustic pressure waves that are transmitted to the surroundings. Prajakta Sabnis is the general manager, applications at COMSOL's Bangalore office, which she joined in 2010. Prajakta has a master’s degree in microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where she worked on the design and fabrication of a polymeric piezoresistive micro-accelerometer, using nonconventional materials.
