Explore the new COMSOL Multiphysics® version 6.0 and discuss your simulation challenges with our engineers.

Come visit us for a workshop at HEIG-VD, School of Engineering and Management Vaud in Yverdon on Tuesday, October 25th 2022 and learn the fundamental modeling workflow of COMSOL Multiphysics® software. During this interactive workshop, both beginners and experienced COMSOL users can advance their skills in Multiphysics simulation. We will introduce you to the capabilities and workflow of the COMSOL Multiphysics® 6.0 software for industrial and academic research and teaching. In several live demos COMSOL engineers will feature highlights of the new version.

We recommend bringing a laptop to the event in order to practice the new functionality right away. A free two-week trial license of the COMSOL Multiphysics® software will be provided. Unable to bring a laptop to the workshop? Let us know and we will check if we can provide a device for you.

Thierry Luthy
Technical Sales Manager

Thierry Luthy joined COMSOL in 2006 and currently works as a technical sales manager. He studied physics at the University of Neuchâtel. After his diploma, he worked at the EMPA Dübendorf for two years. Thierry received his PhD in the field of composite materials from the ETH Zürich.

Fabio Greco
Applications Engineer

Fabio Greco joined COMSOL in 2018 as a technical sales and applications engineer. His background is in mechanical engineering, with an MSc from the Polytechnic of Turin and a PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) in the field of structural mechanics for high-temperature energy conversion.
