Frequency Response from a Point

Hello,

I am very new to comsol and what I am trying to do is model a human arm and try to sweep a frequency from a certain point (on a wrist) and see how much of the sound pressure is traveled through bone, muscle, fluid, etc.

Any guidance on how to set up the pressure acoustic, frequency domain part and the study?

Also, how would you determine of a point on a cylinder in which to send the sine waves?
