Boucency free tutorial changed and now not working

I followed the direction in the buoyancy free tutorial and it worked great. I then went in and changed all the user defined properties to from material and then put in water as the material and it now does not work. I set the Ra number to constant and did not add the auxiliary sweep for the solutions.
The error is:
Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
Returned solution is not converged.
