How do I change the doping concentration of p type silicon material in COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS 4.3 version?

what kind of physics are you suing? is it piezoresistive?

I don't have 4.3 but in 5.2a it's under "Electric Currents, Shell" in the "Piezoresistive Material" settings node:
number density "nd".
