Creating Random Distribution of Geometry

Hi all! i'm new to COMSOL so please be lenient to me. i'm trying to simulate fluid flow for my fabricated membrane which has a random distribution of circular pores with given dimensions . is there any way to randomly create pores on the membrane geometry? thanks for your help.

Note also that at version 5.3, which is to planned for release shortly, "model methods" will make it even more straightforward to create a geometry programmatically. Watch the Release Highlight webinar: www.comsol.com/community/forums/general/thread/140362/ .
