Unable to perform meshing.. Please help..

I am using COMSOL multiphysics 5.0. I am trying to design a Piezoelectric cantilever beam, which is used as an energy harvester. The design has 6 layers of 0.5 to 10 microns and a nickel block of 164 microns. I am not able to mesh it. I am using an windows OS, HP laptop of 8GB ram and i7 intel processor. Free tetrahedral mesh is not working. I tried many different ways like edge, swept, etc. but none worked. Can somebody please help me how to mesh it.
