Error : Out of Memory

I am using Nernst-plank equation of Chemical reaction Engineering module to model transport of ions. While my simulation time is really big (100000 Days). I have used BDF solver with manual time stepping (10000 seconds). Model was converging nicely but it ran into an error and displayed "Out of Memory" after solving 98% of the problem. I was constantly observing the simulation and workstation, and it was only using 8% of total RAM available and I also had plenty of space on Hard-Disk too. Which Memory exactly is this error pointing to? Also, this error happened as soon as I tried to open previously solved model (different file). I do not know if this is normal or not but I am seeing both the activities in the single error log file. Shouldn't the log file for different file be different?I have attached the log file. Please help. Thank you for everything
