Use temperature at previous time?

I am trying to model heat flow in a structure from a heat source, but I would like the heat source power at any point in time to be dependent on the temperature at a separate point at a previous time (such as three seconds in the past).

For example, for my heat source I might want something like P0 = 1/(1 + exp( (intop1(T(t-3)) - 300.15))

This, of course, gives me the error:
Unknown function or operator.
- Name: T

Is this possible to do with COMSOL?
