How to select a study for a harmonic input signal in multiphysic

Hi,
I have some problems to select my study in COMSOL. I want to apply a voltage and current in so that the amplitudes of voltage/current in various frequencies are different. I know one way is that to choose time domain study but the problem is that as I want to use Thermal physic at the same time in a multiphysic state and response times of magnetic/electric physics and Thermal physics are very different, it take very long time for running the simulation (may hours). As COMSOL introduces frequency domain study in these cases, if my signal has different frequencies in range of 0 to 10 kHz with different voltage amplitudes, How can apply my signal or which study can I choose?
