how to simulate shear wave propagation in a transverse isotropic viscoelastic medium?

Hello,
I simulated according to the tutorial "Focused Ultrasound Induced Heating in Tissue
Phantom" and analyzed the acoustic pressure and sound pressure level. but now, I want to involve the assumption of the acoustic wave propagation( linear) and
also the amplitude of shear waves in the tissue domain in my previous simulation.
please suggest me.
