Out of memory during assembly

I am trying to solve a heat transfer with phase change module using 2D Axisymmetric model. I am using Comsol 5.0. In study I use time dependent study (0:20:300) [min]. I got the same error, like this:

The following feature has encountered a problem: Out of memory during assembly. - Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol1/t1)

Please help me to solve this.
