Variable Geometry in Comsol 5.2a RF Module

Hi, I am trying to simulate the S parameters for a patch antenna with variable curvature (different radii). Is it possible to run frequency sweep in different discrete radii values (generate different sets of f vs S11)?

I am using the RF module on COMSOL 5.2a. Thanks!
