laminar two phase flow and structure mechanics coupling in comsol

dear all i need help regarding coupling two different physics i.e. laminar two phase flow and solid mechanics. i have rising bubble model which uses laminar two phase flow. in the rising bubble i have putted a silicon beam which is fixed from two sides and i am applying pressure on the beam so that i can deflect and push the bubble down. i have added both physics in a model and i am trying to simoulate the model. when i simulate the model, only bubble rises and touches the solid structre but the solid structure does not show any deflection. i thing coupling of these two physics is needed but i need guidence on how can i couple these two physics.

Hello Arehman

Use fluid structure interaction module of comsol. It will work hopefully.

Best regards Zeeshan Rashid
