Installation error - Failed to decompress fl_jvm_win64.isa

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install Comsol Multiphysics 5.2. I have a license provided by my institution to use it by connecting to their server. It works like a charm on my laptop. Unfortunately my laptop is not powerful enough to run a simulation so I'm trying to install it on my main PC.
I have the setup but when I try to launch it i get the error :
COMSOL Error - Failed to decompress fl_jvm_win64.isa
I don't understand what could be wrong. I just formatted my PC with a fresh Windows 10 install. I tried changing the temporary files folder location and I changed the security settings of my PC to grand master control to anyone. I tried running it as an Administrator. It doesn't work.
Anyone knows what could be wrong ?
