Adsorption model: manual COMSOL 5.2a

Dear all,
I am a new user of COMSOL 5.2a. I am trying to follow the manual of adsorption phenomenon for COMSOL 5.3a. I am able to follow the instructions, except for the part of General Form Boundary PDE (gb). In that tab, as per the manual, I can customize my units of the dependent variable, however, I do not see any option to customize the units there.
Is the issue related to the version?
The pdf I am referring to is attached herwith (for reference see pg.13 of the attached manual). Thank you for your help.
