Cannot load Comsol files under Linux which are saved under Windows

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear community,

a collaborator of mine uses Comsol 3.4 under Windows and has created several mph files, which he can load without any problems.
I am using Comsol 3.4 under Linux and tried to load the files on two different machines, which always results in the following error being displayed:

Exception:
java.io.StreamCorruptedException: invalid stream header: 3F3F3F05
(rethrown as com.femlab.util.FlException)
Messages:
Failed to load model.

Does anybody know what that means?

Thanks
