Flapping Wing Simulation

Hi,
I want to simulate the stress which is acting on the wing while it's basically flapping. For simplicity, in 3D rectangular shape wing, I just tried to apply angular velocity in fsi-moving mesh modules. But somehow I always get an error (wing is not flapping) which I could not fix it. It is not rotating machinery, sideface of the rectange should touch (or fixed) and other side flap in the range of +- 70 degree.
Any suggestion ?
