Viscoplastic Creep Test

Hello,

I am new to COMSOL and I am trying to simulate a VISCOPLASTIC creep/relaxation test on a simple 2D rectangular block. I would like to either have a constant boundary load or prescribed displacement for sometime and then the load is removed. The required results are attached below. I don't have a problem with the BC. I need help in setting up the physics and material properties to get the type of results required.

NOTE - Any material can be used.
