COMSOL colleagues and users:

I have two challenge simulations I would like to propose in using COMSOL. I would like to use this forum to hear additional proposed simulations from other folks.

  1. tornado - I have always heard that the tornado velocity was so high it could not be measured. A simulation could reveal some amazing information.

  2. hummingbird in flight - perhaps the most challenging fluid-structure interaction example on earth. Could you imagine if man could develop the ability to fly like a hummingbird?

What challenging simulations can you think of?
