Hi there, I want to know how to measure the perimeter change when the deformation is appeared

Hi, there I am trying to simulate how doea a membrane affected by the sound pressure. I can see the deformation due to the sound pressure. But I do not know how does the perimeter change and How can I know the detailed parameter related to the perimeter or deformation？ I want to know if the deformation will cause the change of the perimeter.If it is, how measure it by COMSOL or how to calculate it. If not, how should I prove it?

I am really appreciate for any answer or information.
