How to perform Two studies for the Two different Physics Model

Hi,

This is in regard to RF MEMS Switch connected on a Microstrip Transmission line.RF MEMS Switch and Microstrip line works perfectly when operated sepearately.

But there seems to be issue how the switch is connected with the Microstrip line.The detailed simulated with geometry of the Switch with Microstripline and results obtained are attached as a document.

Please help in this regard.
