How can we create the vibration source in comsol ( student version 5.4) ?

i want to do an piezoelectric analysis in the comsol. I performed statinary study as initial part but now i want to give certain frequency at specified interval of the time and want to get the voltage as a result (due to piezoelectric effect). How can i do that ? ( i am not that pro user of the comsol ).
and also, i have attached a file link here of my onedrive. I want to perform that example of giving vibration to a plate as shown in the pdf at later part.
Kindly guide me.
