Roller problem

Im trying to simulate the deformation under stress of a part I designed. It has an simple roller which i try to simulate by giving it a roller or symmetry condition. But this results in very high stresses which should not be there and also the part that rotates is enlarged by a factor five which is also not supposed to happen. Help is very much appreciated, see the attached file.
