Concentration dependent Butler-Volmer equation

Is there any difference between Concentration dependent Butler-Volmer equation and Normal Butler-Volmer equation? I have built a PEM fuel cell model,and my results didn't show the influence of Concentration loss in high current density area. I wonder how to reflect the concentration loss in Secondary current distribution. Another question is about the Limiting current density,how can i acquire its value?
