frequency response in 3D structure

Hello I study about piezoelectric energy harvesting. I fabricated doubly clamped piezoelectric energy harvester array. And I am trying to simulation about frequency response, I practiced with the comsol example piezoelectric energy harvesting (2D cantilever structure). And I applied this to my 3D structure. However, there is no electric power out in the frequency response. I don't know what's wrong. I would be grateful if you could help me.
