Large deformation query

Hi guys, hope you're doing well!
I am working on a COMSOL Model which is a simple model consisting of only one sheet (1000*500*5um). The sheet is fixed from one of faces and some forces are acting on the sheet. The magnitude of force is such that the sheet deform quite a lot (around 200um). Now, I know there is an option GEOMETRIC NON-LINEARITY which will take care of large deformations, but the model is not converging when I tick the non-lineairty option, but converges otherwise.
Now to overcome this issue, people suggest me to Moving Mesh. I have seen quite a few model using ALE, but in all of them the prescribed deformaion is known. In my model, I know the forces, not the deformation of the body. Can someone help me here!
