Prescribed Displacement in radial direction for 2D Axisymmetric Analysis

Hello

I've been trying to run a simulation for an elastic body which has axial symmetry. However, I could not provide a displacement in radial direction. While imposing a displacement, the body just deforms but could not pass the axial symmetry line. Also, I could not implement an antisymmetry condition to the body.

Is it possible to impose a displacement to a body in 2D Axisymmetric analysis as depicted in the figure below.
