Hi everyone,
Is there any one who can give me information about Curve Parameter in a 2D modelling.
when I have the coordinated of different points of an edge how I sould calculate this parameter at each point I want to know its exact mathematical fomulation.
Thanks,
Atieh

Hi

if its the "s" if a boundary in 2D you will find explanations in the "guide.pdf" (index your pdf documentation files and search for Curve Parameters, and use the PDF search facility in the files).
Then "s" goes from 0 to 1 along the curce, in the direction given by the "arrow" in boundary display mode.

It's slightly more complex in 3D, see the doc

Good luck
Ivar
