Heat transfer between imported CAD solid and fluid

Hello,

I am currently simulating the heating of water inside a PCR tube to see how the heat dissipates from water to plastic to ambient air. The PCR tube has been imported from a 3D cad model and filled with water and oil to simulate a PCR mixture. However, I am not able to see any heat transfer from the water to the platic while I am able to see a transfer from water to oil. I am also not sure whether I properly simulated the ambient air around the tube. I have attached the model.
