Export Deformation of surface or subdomain

Hello,
I investigate the thermal influence of a steel structure glued to a glass plate, as you can see in the example in the attachment.
I succeded in calculating my problem and in the next step I want to export some deformation data. I am only interested in the deformation of boundary 5 or subdomain 1. How can I export the deformation of this surface/body? Under file->export->postprocessing data I can export coordinates or nodes, but I don´t exactly understand how to export the data of a special boundary or subdomain. Has anybody some advice?
