Thermal analysis of plastic sheet

I'm working on the thermodynamics of phase change plastics.

A heat source is added on the top of the plastic sheet and heated by heat transfer. When a certain temperature is reached, the sheet begins to soften and deform. Under the influence of gravity, the center point of the sheet begins to sag slowly. The higher the temperature, the greater the amount of sagging.

At present, using COMSOL's elastic thermodynamics module to analyze, the final result will produce a large scale factor. But I want a scale factor of 1

Can anyone give me some advice
