Sensitivity plot

Hello,
I am new to this wonderful platform comsol, here is my doubt regarding which I am working into it.
1) I am building a model Electrical capacitance tomography, based on the sensitivity matrix helps to find the object needed to be detected. in this 4 sensor has been used in circular object (40 cm) diameter has a phantom. where the four sensor or electrode which is placed in the circular body, the capacitance matrix will be used to find the capacitance value. here I need to find the sensitivity of the electrode or sensitivity of the object which is detected in the form of plot or graph 2) clear information is 2D model, AC/DC and stationery. 3) The material property based on the EPSILON_r (permittivity). so how to plot the permittivity as we find for electric potential V.
please anyone can suggest?
