Eigen frequency ewfd domain

I am solving for eigen frequencies at 7 um but the the eigen frequencies ( proper fundamental) is coming at 2 um . I have used the transform point parameter. There is no mode coming at 7 um. I have done the mode analysis at 7 um. There is mode at this wavelength but eigen frequency calculations are not being able to capture it. I need eigen frequency for some other purposes. But it is not coming even I am running for 100,150 eigen frequencies. Any help/ impactful suggestions is highly appreciated!
