Time Dependent Study Error in ISFET Model

I've been trying to add a time-dependent study to the ISFET Model which has been modelled as per the COMSOL tutorial but I'm encountering 'Parametric solver stopped. Not all parameter steps returned' error. Can anyone please help me with the required solver settings that need to be done to get the results. Thank You
