Capillary flow Phase Field Method | No Equilibrium in air/water interface

I am trying to simulate capillary flow in a bird's feather using the Phase Field Method in COMSOL. I am trying to validate my simulation with a 2D model of capillary rise between two parallel plates. My problem is that the air/water interface is not reaching an equilibrium. Even after 10 seconds of simulation time the interface keeps moving.
Do you know what parameter might be the cause for the problem above? I attached my simulation file below. Any kind of help is deeply appreciated.
