Error regarding meshing

hello everyone I tried to simulate model of battery with respect to thermal management and I am getting an error as mentioned below.please help me out with this.
"Failed to find a solution. Singular matrix.
There are 1821 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp2.T. at coordinates: (0.02), (0.06), (0.06), (0.02), (0.06), ...
and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix). Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned."

You may have the same problem, resolved by the same solution, as in this recent thread.
