Not converging the same results

Hello, I am new to COMSOL so I am trying to learn step ny step. What concerns me is heat transfer in solids. I looked on the website for similar blogs to my work and I found this "Laser Heating of a Silicon Wafer". The idea is I am following everything step by step but I am getting results and graphs different from what is shown in the blog, Is a difference in the version causes different results? or do you think something else might cause this trouble? Thanks ...
