simulating concrete 3d printing

Hi everyone, I'm kind of new in comsol, I want to simulate concrete that is poured in several layers and know when the latest layer would deteriorate, due to the weight of its upper layer. To clarify it more, I want to estimate how many layers I can pour up together so that the first layer doesn't deteriorate . I would be appreciated hearing from it if there is anyone who has information about the scope of this study
