Evaporation of Water

I would like to simulate the evaporation of water from a beaker or container filled with water. In this process, evaporation occurs due to surrounding temperature and wind velocity. The aim to find is the time at which the complete evaporation of water occurs.

Can somebody gives me a hint on how to simulate the above process?
