Weak form for complex PDE

Hi,

I am working on modeling thin film dynamics, which is governed by fourth order PDE having multiple terms. I am interested to model this using weak form PDM module and have seen the basic links in COMSOL to model weak form.

How to do the weak form modeling when we have multiple terms (10+) in the governing equation? The equations are attached.
