Temperature dependent material properties in a combines heat and mass transfer in porous media

Hello together,
I am trying to implemet temperature dependent material properties for a combined heat and mass transfer in porous media. Since the temperature is varying and also within the solution, i defined certain properties like e.g. the thermal conductivity or also heat capacity as variables within the definition tree. Yet, how do I refer the actual material content to said variables, since they are not defined as parameters.
